SRW Landscape Fabric is a tough, easy-to-cut weed barrier. It lets water and air pass through but blocks sunlight to stop weeds. Use it over drain fields, in French drains, around plants, and under hardscapes. It supports chemical‑free growth for trees, flowers, and shrubs. It’s tear‑resistant, won’t fray, and trims easily.
- Prepare the area by removing weeds first. Then, for added protection, apply a pre-emergent herbicide before laying down fabric.
- Unroll the fabric and cut to the desired length. Cut slits or an “X” to fit around plants, and be sure to overlap each piece 4-6 inches. Secure to the ground with SRW Fabric Staples.
- Finally, cover the fabric with 3-4 inches of mulch, stone, or bark…and you’re done!
