Since 1999, Sauder’s Hardscape Supply, LLC is best known for delivering outstanding value, high quality retail, and wholesale hardscape supplies from different manufacturers. Sauder’s Hardscape Supply is known for its exceptional customer service to homeowners and contractors in Lancaster County and surrounding areas. Our state of the art showroom is open year round and features a wide array of hardscape materials. In addition, it is a preferred destination of customers and contractors looking for hardscape design.
We also have experienced employees available to answer your questions in-store or online. Mahlon Stoltzfus
President/CEO, Owner
Mahlon has been President/CEO since 2016. Under his leadership, strong work ethic, and forward vision the company has expanded and maintained steady growth. His hardscaping experience has been key in understanding the constant changes in the hardscape industry. His approach to innovation has given a competitive advantage for the company and a strong opportunity to be a significant leader among the hardscaping companies in our area. Mahlon enjoys game time with his children, especially playing chess. Running a machine is a favorite way of getting rid of stress. He loves finding effective solutions to problems, particularly those that are hands on.

James Stoltzfus
General Manager, Owner
James joined the company in 2015. His work experience includes 25 years in the hardscape/masonry industry. His knowledge with design and installation in hardscape have been strong assets in the growth of the company. James is a gifted designer and has used his talents to revamp our indoor and outdoor showroom displays periodically. He enjoys creating new outdoor living spaces that are practical and enjoyable for the whole family. James’ favorite hobbies include biking, hiking, and any other outdoor activity. When dreaming about outdoor living areas, he considers 50% of fun and the other 50% building and enjoying the area created!

Alvin Stoltzfus
Chief Financial Officer, Owner
Alvin has been part of Sauder’s Hardscape from the time he and his brothers purchased the company 6 years ago. He has 12 years of hardscaping and masonry experience. His familiarity with the hardscaping and masonry industries has helped him provide expert support and guidance to our retail customers and contractor. Alvin enjoys working on different projects around his dairy farm. The farm has been part of the Stoltzfus family for six generations. Alvin also enjoys spending time with his family. He loves to travel and interacting with people from other cultures.

Chris Newton
Director of Marketing/Public Relations
Chris’ joined our team in 2020. His 20 years of management, finance, operations, and building strong teams have been a great contribution to the Sauder’s team in both the retail and wholesale divisions. The hardscape industry is new to him, but he is enjoying the transition and challenge. He enjoys spending time with his family going on scenic country drives and traveling. Chris also enjoys landscaping, gardening, cooking, skiing, sacred choral music, and playing the organ. He lives on a dairy farm that produces raw milk and artisan cheeses for their own farm store and various retail locations.

Phil Herr
General Operations Manager
Phil has been part of the team since 2015. Earlier in his career, he was employed in the transportation industry. Phil is always ready to help his clients grow their business. He has tremendous knowledge in the hardscaping industry and puts customer service as his highest priority. Phil enjoys spending time with his two daughters. He loves photography, travel, and nature.

Martin P. Ramirez
Human Resources Manager
Martin started working for Sauder’s Hardscape in summer of 2013. Before joining the Sauder’s Hardscape team, Martin was a Store Manager for a local retailer. Martin considers customer services as the foundation of success to any business. He enjoys reading, writing poetry, and listening to instrumental music.

Benjamin Stoltzfus
Retail Sales and Dispatch Manager
Benji started with Sauder’s Hardscape Supply in March 2021. His experience in the hardscaping field adds incredible value to our customer service as he relates to contractors and retail customers alike. He enjoys water sports.

Kevin Nolt
Natural Stone & Water Features Specialist
Kevin joined the Sauder’s Hardscape Supply team in the fall of 2019. His knowledge and expertise on natural stone and water features has added another dimension to our product offerings. He specializes in natural stone, ponds, and aquascapes products. He effectively manages our natural stone manufacturing. Kevin loves skiing, wake boarding, and surfing.

Burt Hey
Field Service Specialist
Burt joined our team in fall of 2019. Previously, he worked as Facilities Director at Joy of Living Camp, in Brinkhaven, Ohio for 12 years. His drive to help the company be successful is a great asset for the team. Burt’s personal interests include cycling and hiking. He considers himself a gearhead and enjoys all things Ford. Burt enjoys spending time with family and considers it among his favorites.

Tana started her employment with our company in September 2021. Before joining Sauder’s Hardscape Supply, Tana worked 12 years, as a Summer Camp Director at Joy of Living Camp in Brinkhaven, Ohio. She loves her coffee black and her chocolate dark. Tana enjoys collecting things made from clothespins.

Jonny has been a Sauder’s Hardscape Supply since 2019. His efficiency in pulling, staging, and loading customer orders is some of his greatest strengths. Jonny enjoys playing spike ball and hockey. He loves spending time with family and working in their family dairy farm.

Financial Accounting Specialist
Cory joined the Sauder’s team in 2019. His attention to detail and his appreciation for “crunching numbers” are a great contribution to our accounting department. Cory worked as Head Baker and Breakfast Coordinator at the University of Connecticut for 5 years. He enjoys classical music and reading Christian fiction based in Lancaster County settings. He played the French horn in his high school marching band.

Willy Leinbach
Senior Sales Associate
Willy joined the wholesale team in 2018, having spent 7 years in sales in both retail and wholesale sale markets. He manages the wholesale accounts in the New England states and enjoys the challenge of bringing new products to the market. Willy loves spending time with his wife and children, volunteering at the local fire company, and spending time outdoors hiking and hunting.

Warehouse/Yard Manager
Alex joined the wholesale team in October 2021. He has been a great asset to the yard team. Alex always exhibits a willingness to learn and take on more responsibility in any area. He has a love for people and no one is a stranger to him. Alex enjoys being outside working in God’s creation. His favorite hobbies include cutting and splitting firewood, taking care of the animals at his farm, and snow skiing with family and friends.
Dale G. Weaver
Administrative Support/Customer Service Specialist
Dale has been with Sauder’s Hardscapes since 2001. His experience and knowledge have contributed to the overall growth and development of the company in the numerous roles he has served. Dale loves to create his own recipes for cooking and grilling. He also loves to do 3D carpet sculpturing with intricate designs. Dale enjoys photography, especially in nature.

Andre Beaudoin
Warehouse Handler
Andy joined the wholesale team in 2021. His excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach has given the team tremendous support in managing the yard and warehouse operations. Andy is a jack of all trades and enjoys any challenge to fix things. Andy enjoys being outside and spending time with his family. Gardening and cooking are two of his most favorite past times.
