Appliance Installation & Hookup*
Need help installing and hooking up your new appliances? We can come out and do the appliance installation and final hookups.
*Note: Gas lines need to be run. We only do the final hookups.
Initial Fire-Up and Instruction
Want to make sure your appliances fire-up? We offer an initial fire-up and instruction service. We will come to your site and do the initial fire-up and also give instructions on how to use the appliances.
Appliance Maintenance
We also supply after-warranty service. If your appliance is past its warranty, that is not a problem. We can come out and help you diagnose the problem!
Grill Cleaning Service
We offer a grill cleaning service! Keep your grill looking good and lasting longer. Keeping your grills clean can prevent many service calls. We can come do a thorough cleaning of your grills to keep you up and running!
Warranty Service
Having a problem with an appliance you purchased through Sauder’s Hardscape Supply? Give Burt a call, and he can walk you through some troubleshooting or schedule an on-site visit to get you back up and running. Service call rates may apply.
Field Service Specialist
Burt Hey is our Field Service Technician. He will be the one communicating with you and coming out to your project to do the installs and troubleshooting. Burt is working on his NFI Certification!
