NextGen Registration

I, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the NextGen Hardscape Event organized by Sauder’s Hardscape and Pave Tool, scheduled to take place on August 28 – September 1, 2023.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the aforementioned event, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to such as physical exertion, contact with others, equipment use, etc. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold Sauder’s Hardscape, Pave Tool Innovators, and its affiliates, agents, employees, and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Sauder’s Hardscape, Pave Tool Innovators, and its affiliates, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property owned by me, whether caused by the negligence of Sauder’s Hardscape, Pave Tool Innovators, or its affiliates, agents, employees, or volunteers or otherwise.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold Sauder’s Hardscape, Pave Tool Innovators, and its affiliates, agents, employees, and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, liabilities, damages, or judgments, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event.

Medical Treatment: I understand and acknowledge that Sauder’s Hardscape and Pave Tool Innovators do not provide medical or health insurance coverage for participants. In the event of an injury or illness during the event, I authorize Sauder’s Hardscape and Pave Tool Innovators and its representatives to secure and administer medical treatment as they deem necessary. I assume full responsibility for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

Photographic Release: I grant Sauder’s Hardscape and Pave Tool Innovators the right to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation to me.

Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

I have read this event liability waiver and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this waiver, I am giving up certain legal rights and remedies. I voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
