Most are wood-fired. The one exception is the Mezzo Vent Free Fireplace Oven Combo, which pairs a 36" vent-free gas fireplace with the wood-fired Mezzo oven in one enclosure. Gas logs for the fireplace side are sold separately.

Each kit includes the oven dome and floor components, chimney flue sections, firebrick, and a metal door. Ready-mix for assembly and the exterior finish are sold separately for every model, so budget for those on top of the kit price.
