Permeable Poolside Patio in Wynnwood, PA
These upper patio and poolside patios were made entirely of permeable Tech-Bloc pavers to meet stormwater management requirements. Designed for a compact site with tight setbacks, the layout pairs a custom Soake pool with a divided lower patio, creating two distinct outdoor zones. Smooth gray pavers with a dark inner border define circulation and contrast, while natural stone caps and treads bring depth to the steps, landing, and coping. Reused flagstone integrates the new construction with existing elements, and a layered lighting plan highlights the hardscape and surrounding landscape.

Products Used in This Permeable Patio
Both patios in this project are constructed using permeable Techo Bloc Blu 60 Smooth pavers in Shale Grey, accented with a Blu 60 6×13 Onyx Black inner border to define separate zones. Oakville Slate Grey natural stone caps are used for the pool coping, steps, treads, and landing, while a Techo Brandon wall in Shale Grey forms the landing at the rear entry. A custom Soake pool anchors the layout, integrated alongside reused natural flagstone from the existing patio and walkways. The space is finished with Unique path lights, uplights, and bistro lighting, along with new sod and refreshed mulch beds to complete the surrounding landscape
