The Blaze 32" Charcoal Grill uses a hook-and-hang system on its four cooking grids, so you can lift and add fuel without pulling the grids out. The Kamado's cooking surface is hinged, so you can add wood or charcoal the same way, without removing the grate.

No. The Kamado uses a tongue-and-groove seal between the lid and body instead of a traditional gasket, so there's no gasket to wear out or replace over time, and it still holds heat tightly.

The 32" Charcoal Grill uses four individual stainless steel cooking grids. The Kamado uses a 20" stainless steel hex-shaped cooking surface, which is built for strong sear marks and heat retention.

It has an adjustable charcoal tray for setting heat levels across the cooking surface, plus an adjustable rear vent to control airflow.

It uses a cast molded exhaust cap for precise heat control.
