This was a two-phase project, with phase one featuring a covered deck and a small patio with a fire pit. At the customer’s request, we designed the patio with an opening into the backyard. “just in case we build a pool someday… but we’ll never build a pool”. Just 5 years later, we were designing the ultimate backyard with a pool!

Products Used in this Swimming pool and patio Hardscape Installation
Phase two included a spacious patio; we matched the walls from the first phase but chose a different paver. The patio has multiple gathering areas; a stainless steel & tile spa offers a place to relax with a view over the pool, and a boulder fire feature provides a place for cool nights and long conversations. The crowning feature is the water feature, with multiple spillways and a natural stone bridge over the stream. Urns add a vertical element as well as additional fire features. The lantern lighting from escort lighting and under-cap light from Integral lighting truly bring the space to life at night! Stormwater management for the pool, patio, and pool house are all incorporated into the patio base.
