Outdoor Dining and Entertaining Hardscape Installation in York, PA

This project brought the family back home by remodeling the deck to fit an all-new design and then adding a large outdoor living area, which included a dining area/kitchen, gathering area, and fire pit. It included lighting all over to accommodate the late parties and heaters and a fire pit to extend the usable season on both ends.

Products Used in this Pavillion and Patio Hardscape installation

We used Techo-Bloc Blu60 HD slate for the main patio area, 60″ Rocka Steps, Newline Porcelain Plank for the Dining area on a Trass Bed system and GFTK joint compound, Inlite Evo Flex-strip lighting under the counters, and Inlite 550s on the deck steps, Kichler hardscape lighting and accent lighting on the pavilion, black sandstone caps, Breeo smokeless fire pit insert, Country Lane 18×18 Alpine Pavilion with Cupola and half-round seamless gutters, Infratech Heaters in the main dining area and over the bar, Challenger Outdoor Kitchen with leathered granite countertops and Lynx Outdoor Appliances.

Key Features of this Pavillion and Patio Hardscape Installation

The kitchen is ready to serve with a 36″ Lynx grill will all the accessories and a power side burner for seafood night or another side dish. The outdoor fridge tucked under the counter is within easy reach for everyone. The 18’x18′ Alpine pavilion has an inviting presence, promising shade in the summer and protection from the weather on that not-so-friendly evening. The Breeo Fire pit offers warmth for all without all the smoke, and the easily installed cooking accessories allow for traditional cooking over the fire. This project also Started as a 3D Project.
