Granite Pavers Hardscape Installation in Philadelphia, PA

This hardscape installation started with an outdated space that was unusable due to bamboo and old paving materials. With the upgrade and re-design, Bates proposed a courtyard style oasis for the backyard. The backyard, as with most Philadelphia backyards, only measured at about 18’ x 18’ roughly. Our biggest obstacle was bringing in all the material through the homeowner’s beautiful home – bucket after bucket! No equipment, truck, or machine access. The design repurposed granite pavers and then incorporated Techo Bloc’s line of Borealis.
